Teen Dresses Restrictions

Should colleges have restrictions on the attire worn by their students?

Colleges should have restrictions and guidelines to be followed by students in their attire and most of the colleges do have that! Colleges, if flexible with their ideas of dress-sensibilities will incure trouble because students and youngsters have dressing that could many a time, be inappropriate college wear.

Restrictions by definitive dress-codes help a standard procedure of uniformity and concentration among students. Especially in co-educative institutions, across the world, the idea which key to a sensible dress structural code is to dress appropriate, not dress skimpily or un-conservatively and to keep to the idea of not over-dressing (including elements like make-up and jewellery).

Would it be sensible if students at college wore tiny shorts or really high heeled stilettos or diamond jewellery that looks like the young adult is attending a celebrative event rather than a study class? The answer is obvious! No! Not sensible from any angle and this is one reason why dress codes must be established or at least restrictions in dressing by providing guidelines is completely an essential requirement in colleges, especially today, when notoriousness and examples of it have been brought to light, it is important to be restrictive as a college to the students in their habits, especially in their dressing.

Sensible dressing is not a problem in school, for most schools have a uniform that students wear and dress-codes that lean towards comfort-conservative.

Colleges promote education, by wearing clothes that look like you are attending a fashion show, or albeit walking the ramp for a fashion show, one deviated from the idea of study and concentrated on upping their contemporaries by comparing who is wearing what and how one can compete with the other in their styles and this is a remarkably foolish outcome, which is bound to happen, if colleges do not have guidelines or restrictions on clothes to be worn. Even fashion colleges or institutes, in a safe assumption, must have guidelines to allow their student s to dress flexibly, but in an appropriate manner to study
